Answer: We listened and changed so, basically, we could deliver a more streamlined service with less fuss.

Q: Is it more than just a new logo?
Answer: The whole rebranding is about creating a better experience to you. That means improving on what we had and taking you with us to deliver new levels of service, support and products.

Q: Does this mean I will be dealing with new people?
Answer: No. We haven't gone anywhere. Initially, the only change you will see in terms of day-to-day contact is our new email addresses, but if you send to our old email, don't panic, it will still find us.
